These terms govern your use of The Agency CRM. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
The Agency CRM provides a subscription cloud CRM. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Subscription & payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled monthly. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for managing users, and for complying with applicable law when using the platform.
Intellectual property
The platform and all underlying software remain the property of The Agency CRM. Your data remains yours.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. After termination you can export your data; we then delete it in line with our privacy policy.
