Sub-processors

To deliver The Agency CRM we work with a limited set of carefully selected sub-processors. All are bound by a data processing agreement.

Hosting & infrastructure

EU-based cloud infrastructure to run the platform and store data encrypted within the European Union.

Transactional email (such as invoice and account notifications) via an EU-compliant email provider.

Subscription payment processing via certified payment providers (Stripe / Mollie). Card data never touches our servers.

Privacy-friendly product analytics to improve the platform, using anonymised or consent-based data.

We notify customers in advance of new sub-processors so you can object in time.
