The Agency CRM values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Who we are
The Agency CRM is based in the Netherlands. For your CRM data we act as processor; for our own marketing and billing as controller.
Data we process
Account and contact details (name, email, company), platform usage data, and the data you enter into your CRM (clients, leads, invoices). We collect no more than necessary.
Why we process it
To deliver, secure and improve the platform, to bill you, and — with your consent — to send relevant product updates.
Retention
We keep data no longer than needed. On account termination we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. We handle requests within 30 days.
Security & storage
Data is encrypted at rest on European servers (AES-256), with role-based access and audit logs. See our trust center for details.
