A lead who looks at your pricing page today will have forgotten who you are in three weeks — unless you keep the conversation going. A nurturing flow does that automatically, and you can build one in half an hour.
Minute 0–10: the skeleton
Three e-mails is enough to start. Mail 1 (immediately): thanks + the promised material or answer. Mail 2 (day 3): one concrete insight or customer story that touches the lead's problem. Mail 3 (day 7): a soft invitation — demo, call or relevant case.
Minute 10–20: the conditions
Set the entry condition (e.g. form submitted or lead score above a threshold) and the exit condition: anyone who replies or books a meeting leaves the flow immediately. Nothing is as damaging as an "automatic" e-mail after a real conversation.
Minute 20–30: tone and test
Write like you talk, keep it short and send the test version to yourself. Check it on your phone — half your leads read it there. Then switch the flow on for new leads only, not retroactively.
Why this works
Not because automation is magic, but because consistency wins: most competitors follow up once and then never again. In The Agency CRM you build this flow visually on the marketing canvas, and the send gate makes sure nothing ever leaves that you would not send yourself.
