Funnels & workflows

Let the work run itself. Build funnels that bring in leads, send email campaigns and set up workflows that react automatically to what happens in your CRM.

Building funnels

A funnel is a series of pages and steps that guides a visitor toward a goal — a request, a download or a purchase. You build funnels visually, without code, with landing pages and forms that drop leads straight into your pipeline.

Workflows

Email campaigns

Segment your contacts and send them targeted campaigns. Combine one-off campaigns with sequences: a series of emails sent automatically based on time or behavior. Everything is measurable — opens, clicks and conversions.

Workflows

A workflow is a trigger plus a set of actions. Something happens in your CRM, and the workflow handles it. That keeps your follow-up tight without chasing it manually.

  • Trigger — For example: new lead, deal to next stage, invoice paid.
  • Condition — Optional: only continue if a criterion is met (e.g. lead score > 70).
  • Action — For example: send an email, create a task, move the deal, or call the API.

Example

A common follow-up workflow after a quote looks like this:

IF deal → stage "Proposal"
AND 3 days have passed with no reply
THEN send follow-up email + create task "call the client"
Start small: automate one recurring action you do manually today. Expand from there once you see what works.
Outbound cold email and campaigns are deliberately off by default. You enable them yourself in the dashboard — keeping full control over what’s sent on your behalf.

How it connects

Workflows touch every module: they move deals in your pipeline, create invoices or tasks and feed your marketing. Together with the AI assistant you can even set up workflows by describing them in plain language.
