Quotes

Create a quote by picking your client and adding line items from your service catalogue or free-form. Discounts, VAT rates and terms are applied automatically. Send the quote by email; the client can view and accept it online.

3. Send for signing; you see in real time whether the quote was viewed and accepted.

Invoices

Turn an accepted quote into an invoice with one click, or create one directly. Invoices automatically get a sequential number, your branding and the correct VAT. Send them by email with an online payment link.

VAT & credit notes

VAT is calculated per line and neatly broken out on the invoice. Need to correct something? Issue a credit note at the invoice level; the original invoice number is preserved and your books stay accurate.

Payments

Clients pay online via the payment link on the invoice. Turn on direct debit to collect recurring invoices automatically. The status — sent, viewed, paid, overdue — updates in real time.

Subscriptions

For recurring revenue, turn an invoice into a subscription. The Agency CRM then generates periodic invoices automatically and collects them via direct debit, so your monthly revenue comes in on its own.
