How it works
Every lead lands in one place — whether through a form, your website, an import or the leads scraper. From there the lead moves through your pipeline: new stages, follow-up and finally a won or lost deal.
Capturing leads
The Agency CRM collects leads automatically from multiple channels:
- Forms — Publish forms on your site; every submission instantly becomes a lead with its source and timestamp.
- Website visitors — Identify companies visiting your site and convert them into leads based on their behavior.
- Leads scraper — Find new companies by industry, region and criteria, and import them directly.
- Import — Upload a CSV or connect a source; duplicate records are merged automatically.
Enrich & score
New leads are enriched automatically with company data and then scored. The AI score estimates how promising a lead is so your team works the warmest leads first. You can tune the scoring rules to your own ideal customer profile.
The pipeline
The pipeline is a kanban board: columns are stages, cards are deals. Drag a deal to the next stage and its tasks and automations follow along. You start with a seven-stage pipeline, but you can shape it entirely to your own sales process.
- New — the lead has arrived and awaits first contact.
- Qualified — there’s a match; the lead fits your offering.
- Proposal — a quote or proposal is with the client.
- Negotiation — you’re discussing scope, price and terms.
- Won / Lost — the deal is closed; won deals flow through to projects and invoicing.
How it connects to other modules
A won deal isn’t an endpoint but a starting point. From here you automatically create a project, turn a quote into an invoice, or have a contract signed.
