AI assistant

A copilot that knows your entire CRM. Ask in plain language and the assistant looks up data, runs tasks, writes content and kicks off automations — without you clicking through menus.

What the assistant does for you

The AI assistant is ready in your dashboard. It understands your question, looks at your CRM data and gets it done. Think drafting a quote, summarizing a client, scoring leads or planning a marketing campaign.

Examples

You just type what you need. A few examples:

  • “Create a quote for Acme for a website redesign of €12,500.”
  • “Summarize the last three conversations with this client.”
  • “Which deals are in negotiation this month?”
  • “Schedule a follow-up task for every lead with no reply older than a week.”

How to ask a good question

Be concrete about what you want and which client, deal or period it concerns. The more specific your question, the better the result. The assistant asks follow-up questions when something is missing.

Ask: "Resend last week's invoice to Acme and add a
       payment reminder."

The assistant finds the invoice, drafts the reminder and
asks you to confirm before anything is sent.

Tools & MCP

Under the hood the assistant works with tools: scoped actions like “create invoice”, “find leads” or “schedule task”. Through MCP (Model Context Protocol) you can call those same actions from your own AI tools, so any assistant can talk to your CRM.

Safe and in control

The assistant acts within your permissions: it only sees and does what your role allows. Actions with consequences — sending an invoice, signing a contract — always ask for your confirmation first. Cold email and outbound campaigns are off by default and you enable them yourself.

Try it yourself

The AI assistant lives in your dashboard. Open it and ask your first question.
